The perfect combination of salt and lime and tequila ... the perfect Margarita! Do you think that this does go better with a summer and the beach than winter and the ski slopes? Well, this just shows you have not been in Pirin River Ski & Spa yet!

For all the others, who have been here and know what I am talking about - I have some good news: we will be adding new cocktails to our most popular ones! You did not seriously think we are going to stop with Margarita, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Bahama Mama, Sex on the Beach or Espresso Martini? After the nice tradition started by our friends from Cyprus last year, here is the deal - if you show us a coctail that we do not know and that we like, you will get a voucher for 30 euro for cocktails! Of course, our Manager, Katarina, will be the fine judge on whether we like the cocktails (who else?!)...

By the way, you know that when I said that all our cocktails were terrific, I did not mean for you to try them ALL out the same evening, right? No? Well, no sense crying over spilled milk, just have a cup of our Piazza d'Oro espresso... or double espresso? Or cappucino? Latte Macciatto, OK. Or the star of our bar and the love of all the kids - Italian hot chocolate. I bet you have never had a more delicious, creamy, rich chocolate ever! A bit difficult to choose - will it be dark chocolate with hot peppers or white chocolate with lychee or with strawberries? Milk chocolate with hazelnust or gianduja? Or milk chocolate with coconut, or with coffee? Please calm down...you are staying here for the whole week, you can try them all...By the way, did you try the Eraclea chocolate with a drop of cognac or whiskey?... You know that alcohol in coffee and chocolate does not count, right? It is just flavor...The Irish found out long time ago...
