1)     General Provisions

We consider private data private and we only collect what we need to collect in compliance with the national legislation and for the sole purpose of administrating and facilitating your reservation at hotel Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family.

All data is collected, administered and stored in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for the sole purpose of facilitating and administration of the reservation process and eventual follow-ups regarding the reservations and/or reservation requests.

All the data is processed and administered by representatives and employees of Golev and Golev Ltd., registration number 200104944, with the seat at Dimitar Talev Street n. 5, Bansko, Bulgaria, who have been appropriately trained in compliance with the GDPR.

All data is stored on our server in Germany, which fully complies with the GDPR.

2) Collection of data through request forms

Personal data collected through request forms (name, e-mail address, address, telephone, age of children) is collected for the sole purpose of facilitating and administrating of the given request and its eventual follow-up and is neither submitted nor transferred to any third parties.

3) Collection of data during the reservation process

Personal data collected during the reservation process (name, e-mail address, address, telephone, age of children) is collected for the sole purpose of the reservation process and eventual follow-ups regarding the reservation, and is not provided to any third parties.

Any additional data collected during the reservation process in connection with the additional services (flight details, data necessary for the advanced reservation of ski or snowboard equipment and/or ski or snowboard lessons, any allergies, special requirements and preferences regarding the reservation and/or additional services) is collected on voluntary basis for the sole purpose of providing these additional services, stored in accordance with GDPR and is not  provided to any third parties.

4) Collection of data for the purpose of issuing visa-forms

Personal data collected for the purpose of issuing visa forms for non-EU residents (full name, date of birth, passport number, its date of issue and expiry) is stored in a secure way in accordance with the national legislation and might be provided to the competent authorities responsible for issuing the visa. None of this data is provided to any third parties.

5) Collection of data during the check-in

We collect personal data during the check-in process (full name, gender, date and place of birth, nationality, passport or ID number and its issue and expiry date) in accordance with the requirements of the national legislation and for the sole purpose of the fulfillment thereof. This data is stored in a secured way for the period of five years and submitted to the competent authorities (such as migration police, national tax authorities and municipality) in accordance with the national legislation. None of this data is provided to any third parties.

6) Payments

All the payments on our website and/or during the reservation process are processed through virtual pos-terminal of the Raiffeisen bank using the 3D authentication process. We neither have access nor store any credit card details, they are automatically transferred to Borica, the company licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank to operate the online payments.

7) Cookies

We use "cookies" to identify you when you visit our website (www.pirinriver.com). A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information back from the browser. We use cookies in order to collect anonymous statistical data for the visits in the site, save your preferences for better user experience while you are browsing the site and in order to remember your session during the reservation process

8) Third Parties

We are using MaiChimp as our marketing automation platform for sending special offers to our    loyal clients, who had agreed to receive them. For this purpose we provide MailChimp with firsts names and e-mail addresses, which are processed and stored in accordance with MailChimp’s Privacy Policy and Terms. Each client has an option to unsubscribe from receiving our special offers.

We use Google analytics for the sole purpose of analysis. We never collect or store personal data, including your IP address. We use Zendesk chat for the sole purpose of facilitating the communication with our clients. We are not identifying our clients (unless they want to be identified) and do not collect or store any   personal data through this source. Our clients have an option to deactivate the chat.

We use HotJar for statistics about visitors behaviour, without collecting any personal information. We analyze the sources through which our clients reach our website (such as Google, TripAdvisor, etc.) for purely statistical purposes, without identifying any of the personal data of the clients, including the IP address.
