This one-bedroom apartment has 45 sq.m. and it can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed, dining-area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is possible to put an additional baby cot or child bed for children aged 3-6 in the bedroom free of charge. It has a real-wood fireplace and a small balcony with garden view. For better comfort of our guests, this apartment has two LCD TVs – one in the bedroom and the other one in the living-room and a DVD player. The free amenities include towels, bathrobes, slippers and a full range of luxury Duck Island toiletries.
